Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we") publishes Smart Bookmark Compare at smartbookmarkcompare.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form; we do not publish an email address, phone number or postal address.

When you send a message, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter. If you choose "Correction to app information", we also receive the optional source link. If you choose "Copyright notice", we also receive the copyrighted work you describe, the address of the material on this site, your two statements and your electronic signature.

The form contains a hidden field that people do not see; it helps us spot automated spam and is sent with the form.

Like every website, the provider that hosts this site automatically records technical details when pages are requested: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

The pick-up calculator and shelf compare work without personal data. They keep your choices in the page's memory while it is open, and shelf compare also puts the apps you chose in the page address so you can share the link. The site does not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.

Our fonts load from Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as with any download. We found no other third-party requests in the site's code: no analytics, no advertising and no social media scripts.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and in answering the messages you send us. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards in place. We are based in Israel, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission.

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to handle your request, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the host.

EU and UK. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

California. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you can ask to know what we hold, to delete it and to correct it. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, although we do neither, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

Israel. You have the rights given by the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, including access to and correction of your data.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
