Copyright and DMCA policy
Last updated: 2026-10-08
We respect intellectual property. We respond to notices that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and to equivalent notices under other laws.
How to send a notice
Use the contact form and choose the topic "Copyright notice". Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature; typing your full name is fine.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site, with its URL.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notification through the same form. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice.
We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
Repeat infringers
This site has no user uploads. Our repeat infringer policy applies to any contributed material: we will stop using material from anyone who repeatedly infringes.
Forwarding notices
We may forward a notice, including the sender's details, to the party concerned.
